By accessing or using Rouu (“the Service”), provided by Rouu, Inc. (“Rouu”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Rouu is a cloud-based rental management platform that provides tools for online bookings, inventory management, customer relationship management, delivery planning, worker scheduling, payment processing, and related business operations for party and event rental businesses.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Payment Terms

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service.
