A ceiling on what a day can spend

Making ads costs money too: every model and render call is billed. rouu keeps a ceiling on what the account may spend in a day, $50 unless the operator raises it, and every paid call is checked against it before it runs.
A ceiling, not an agreement
A single request can be quoted and agreed, and twenty correctly quoted requests are still an unbounded day. The ceiling bounds the sum of every request in the day, whether or not each was agreed to on its own.
What counts
Every priced call counts, not only the expensive ones: the cheap text calls are fractions of a cent each and in aggregate have cost more than generation. A call that failed and still billed counts too. A setting rouu cannot read falls back to the declared ceiling rather than meaning unlimited.
